Running Training Plans


  • Training plans for Athletes, from 400 to 5km and beyond


Monthly Training Plan Fee: : $95

Consultation is critical part of any training plan as need to gather information on your current fitness level and many other critical details so I can write the best plan for you to achieve your goals

  • After initial consultation by phone, or in person
  • I will do a complete evaluation of your previous training and racing.
  • I will determine your strengths and weaknesses as a runner
  • I will evaluate your goals and curtail a plan to help you advance towards them
  • You will receive a customized training program that will gradually guide you towards your race(s). Plan does not include any private coaching sessions. (This is the limitation on training plans, it's not the most ideal coaching.)
  • It will include tune up races, vacation/work conflicts etc.
  • Programs are designed monthly and your program will be e-mailed to you before the first of each month or you can access your plan on Google Drive.
  • You can e-mail me once per week or more with updates on your progress with your can send a links to your online training log or online running blog & or Garmin connect data (I respond to email M-F from 9-5)
  • Training plan does not include any private training sessions or expectations that I can travel to your competitions to provide coaching services, additional fees apply see services and fees.
  • I DO NOT PROViDE ANY STRENGTH or WEIGHT PROGRAMS. (These are private or group sessions only)
